Originally owned by the Meagher family, Paul Meagher and his daughter Sharon Wingate have partnered with Gary Bender of Prince Albert , SK and Wayne & Wendy Lemauviel of Saskatoon, SK to collaborate in the development of Laurel Green Estates.  Together, this group holds extensive building and property development experience to make this a valuable and outstanding opportunity in the much sought after area of Emma Lake, Saskatchewan.

The site of Laurel Green Estates was originally the Meagher family homestead founded in 1929 and first operated by Paul’s father, John Paul Meagher. The name Laurel Green Estates was chosen in memory of Paul’s daughter, Colleen Laurel Meagher, who lost her battle with cancer in the year 2000.  Her lively, loving spirit is remembered dearly by the Meagher family.  In honour of her memory the family is proud to have her name carry on at this historical family site.
